Total Amount of Your CSA Membership *

Please add the total amount for your CSA Membership including the 3% merchant fee if paying with credit card, Paypal, or Venmo and deduct any promo codes from your final total. *If Paying with a check, Venmo or Paypal please submit your payment at your earliest convenience. If we do not receive your chosen form of payment within two weeks we will reach out to you via email. If you do not respond, we will forfeit your membership. Once full payment is received you will email you a receipt for your membership.
